We have the "makings" of a very adequate coaching staff. We haven't been able to say that for a while.

It`s refreshing to have some experience on the sideline, the problem is these coaches are not the football players. The Raiders must employ very solid smart men on the field, they must execute in sync like the Solid Gold Dancers otherwise it`s the basement, the division is about to make a stand minus Denver, they stand alone with the addition of Manning and a lot of other Broncos using their smarts.

I`m usually good for 1 a month, that takes the pressure off for the remainder of January. I was going to use DT & M next month, thanks a lot Stork back to the drawing board lol.

The one difference this year is the experience of the staff being assembled.

These guys have records of achievement and not.

While I am much more confident than last year, I'll take a wait and see approach with this new leadership.

Knapp set the bar pretty low, and these guys should get at least 3-5 years to right the ship.

I like this hire. Can never go wrong with experience. Especially someone with coordinator experience that will be filling in as a position coach. This year's coaching hire is so much better than last year. I am really excited! If we can get some progression here and management puts faith into the coaching staff and brings some sanity to this organziation, then I think we will start to bring some good coaches in here to replace those that fail and players that want to play for this team!
