Expectation for Mike Trout?

do you guys think mike trout will duplicate what he did his rookie year or will he suffer a sophomore slump? also will he benifit from having hamilton and pujols hit behind him? will he remain the top player in baseball?

my expectations for him this year are 320. BA 35-40 Hr 110 Rbi 55-60 Sb and Gold Glove Defense on his way to his 1st MVP! I also expect his WAR to be above 8.0

I think pitchers will be better at handling them now that they have more scouting on him and have seen him a few times, but he has a huge benefit of having excellent hitters behind him and in front of him. Will be fun to watch

6-8 here too, but I actually am in the minority in the HR category. I don't think he will hit more than 25 this year. I don't think that would hurt him much at all anyways though.

There's a sizable difference between suffering a huge slump, and not being one of the ten best players in baseball.

He hit 30 last year and missed a whole month and a half, not to mention he probably got bigger this summer... It's not really out of reach for him to hit 35-40 bombs

he doesn't necessarily have to get heavier to be stronger, if he works specifically on his core and legs, i think he can add power without loosing his elite speed.
