Why exactly? They are plenty under the cap and Randolph's salary decreases. They can actually start adding role players around their core of Randolph, gasol, and conley. Now if the right deal comes along then OK, but they don't need to move him.

Time to groom Davis , Z-Bo is in his 30's if you can get a good player with potenial at the 2 spot or 3 while his stock is high you do it.

Ye, so why not let him learn behind Randolph? There is no need to move him. None. If the right deal came along then sure. That goes for anyone in the league except a select few. But management did what they needed over there while getting back people who can still help them compete.

Randolph stays with the Grizzlies this year. But I do see him being traded in the off-season.
