"It's weird to envision the Saints in a 3-4, but the new scheme can't be any worse than what they already have. In fact, some of their personnel fit perfectly into this defense. Cameron Jordan already has experience in the system, having played in Cal's 3-4. Junior Galette and Martez Wilson, meanwhile, make for natural edge rushers. Will Smith and Jonathan Vilma do not fit the 3-4, but they were likely cap casualties anyway.

Here's how New Orleans' new front seven will look:

Cameron Jordan - Brodrick Bunkley - Akiem Hicks
Junior Galette - David Hawthorne - Curtis Lofton - Martez Wilson

The Saints will have to find some depth on the defensive line and in the linebacking corps. Their most glaring front-seven need is rush linebacker. Perhaps they'll consider Dion Jordan or Ezekiel Ansah with the No. 15 pick in the 2013 NFL Draft (see 2013 NFL Mock Draft here). "----walterfootball.com

That front 7 doesn't look too bad. Can Casillas play in a 34? I think Wilson will excel this year

This is from Walterfootball, huh? I don't think Casillas fits in the 3-4.

I think he took liberties of only using current Saints. Will change after the draft.

Per Rotoworld, it looks like the Rams are not going to hire Rob Ryan. Citing that is wasnt a scheme fit.

Just another option I'd like us to look at.

    2012 Stats
    63 Tackles, 3 INTs, 18 PDs, 1 Sack, 1 FF, 1 TD

Gross. Been a Defensive Coordinator for 8 years but his defenses were never consistently good. Not interested, personally. Not worth the idiot mouth that comes with him

I wouldn't mind Jim Tomsula or Ed Donatell from SF. I think Tomsula has the edge over Donatell imo tho
