Actually, I'd rather not have a statue anywhere. If he's as slow as everyone is telling me, he has two possible positions on the diamond: Third base and first base.
No way should he even be considered for second base, unless of course he's not as slow as some would have us believe.
And if that's the case, he should be tried out in a corner outfield position too.
