    Personally.

I just think they have too many holes to make up any serious ground this year.

The Cubs do have a decent rotation though.

Brewers are one of the best hitting teams in the NL though, and the Pirates have less holes. So I think it's reasonable to place the Cubs behind each.

It's a decent rotation until everyone gets traded at the deadline again. Last year they were going to win at least 70 games probably until after the deadline when they had people like Jason Berken, Justin Germano, Brooks Raley and Chris Rusin starting the last two months.

They have more depth this year, so hopefully the dropoff won't be as steep. That's one of the reasons why they went out and signed Edwin Jackson.

The Astros will lose 115 games.

Other last place teams--Twins, Orioles, Marlins, Pirates, Rockies

Without the advantage of getting to face the Astros 15 times (winning 8 of those games in 2012), I don't think the Cubs even win 60 games. The Pirates and the Brewers, while not great teams, are still reasonably competitive.

I think the Astros might set a record for losses this year. They were a bad team to begin with, but the switch to the AL is just going exaggerate that fact. Playing the majority of their games against the Angels, Rangers, and A's is going to kill them.

Are you saying the AL is somehow better than the NL?
