oh wait.... just imagined 2 pg set with rondo and miller.... that would be terrible, making miller a spot up 2 guard... this trade would only be good if karl got smart with his rotations, which is foolish to hope for

if we get Rondo i would also trade miller and let Stone play,Rondo is capable of playing 48mins a game...and he needs those minutes to show what he can do..

Wow I actually suggest Lawson & Mcgee for Rondo a week ago or so.

and yes if those are the main parts DEN should do it in a heartbeat. Rondo is a HUGE upgrade over Lawson on BOTH ends and makes less money.

o yay lets trade our 10 million dollar backup C and get no C in return and pray mozgov/koufos can lead the C position....god and another SF on this team or another undersized PF whichever one you want to play green at....rondo is good on D and getting assist but his below avg 3pt shooting and a smidge over avg mid range i dont think that trade would benefit this team at all....ill take rondo/KG for lawson/mcgee/brewer/future 1st.....but i doubt the celtics do that

KG has been crap this year, what are you talking about? no way would i do that trade

and ty lawson i dont think a three way trade like that would work out, especially that one, celtics wouldnt do it

we would have better luck just doing the trade for Rondo and THEN talking to pheonix about something like Green+Mozgov+pick for Gortat

What a lineup after that though

    Rondo-Miller
    Iggy-Fournier
    Gallo-Chandler
    Faried-Randolph
    Gortat-KK

although i would probably look to get a shooter for iggy.... rondo would have pretty much all the playmaking we would need

I agree with eagle that I wouldnt take KG but why wouldnt the celtics do that?

They are not contenders this year with their roster. The pierce, kg, allen era is over

I would say no to the deal for Rondo. The way he plays, he's putting too much wear on his body. He won't last long. He's purely a facilitator that can finish at the rim. Without solid shooters around him, it'll hurt us in the end.

Any trade with Jeff Green in it should be treated with a major red flag. The guy is untradeable. His 4-year 36M contract sounds nothing like a deal Ujiri would do.

Also if we are gonna trade away a centre, it's gonna be Mozgov and not McGee. Denver insisted on a 4-yr deal with McGee this summer when Javale only wanted a two year deal.

If Lawson doesn't perform upto his contract by February and Boston remain in a rut, I can totally see this happening as follows:

Boston gets: Lawson, Mozgov expiring, Brewer expiring, 1st rounder
Denver gets: Rondo and Courtney Lee
