    Sandy Koufax hired by Dodgers

The Hall of Famer will work with Dodgers pitchers during spring training and consult with the team throughout the year

The only off-season thread I saw was tied to Trade Talk, so please move if there's already an existing thread

Definitely new thread worthy. What a great day to be a Dodger fan. It's nice to see him officially on board.

So we basically hired him to be Kershaw's personal tutor. Sounds good to me.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this... He's really gonna help the pitchers out a lot.. Hopefully he could help Greinke and Beckett get back to their old form...

    Your baby can't do this

kershaw doesn't really need him, unless he will teach him how to throw his curve for strikes consistently

Kershaw has already learned quite a bit from Sandy. I think Sandy will be good on helping out the new pitchers coming up that haven't found their form yet.

I feel like he's worked with the team in the Spring before, no?

Anyways this is still a good thing, imagine Sandy improving Kershaw
