What should Lakers do? Wait it out after this season and find a player who Kobe can work with. Howard is clearly gone if LAL don't win this year. It's a tragedy that such great players are stuck on a team with one of them being a complete ballhogger and refusing to play team basketball. This team could do great things if they all cared about team success; not individual.
