Correct, I'm not disputing that someone would buy the team, that's probable. I'm saying that a team that's struggling is still more attractive than a team that's struggling AND has no fans showing up/spending money; especially if that team cost more than any other team has ever sold for.

Like I said, forcing Sarver to sell like that isn't in the fans best interest.

Unless they can buy a team and re-locate it to make more money. Sacramento Kings is a good example.
