I'm guessing Jordan thinks Bargnani can still be a star. I know that sounds ridiculous but I wouldn't put it past him. This is the same man that thought Courtney Alexander could be one of the best players in the league lol

Sorry for multiple posts, should have just copied the quotes into one message but I got overexcited by this

To the ppl saying they wish it was a pick in the Wiggins draft, ya no **** lol but that would never happen cause its a great draft, we may only get a lotto for Bargnani because its a **** draft and everyone wants to unload their pick for a decent player if they can, Bargnani is at least a 16-20 ppg guy, Bobcats could use that and we could use a pick

I don't want any part of Tyrus Thomas' or Ben Gordon's contract. They would be worse then Bargnani's imo.

Unless you are getting an expiring bad contract, I say keep Bargnani and use him off the bench with JV. He is a good player, just not a player you try to build a team aroundl. If he could give you 110% on both ends of the floor for 20 mpg then he would still be useful.

I'm worried if we keep Bargs, Coach will over use him.

I wouldn't be worried about Thomas, because he likely won't play much & we would be getting a pick in return.

Gordon is an expiring next season.

BG + Detroit 1st and it's worth it IMO

This article is a joke. Just goes to show how little ESPN knows about the Toronto Raptors.

If we got any draft pick for Bargnani I'd be thrilled.

Edit: As I've said before in another thread, if Colangelo is able to acquire ANYTHING for Bargnani then god bless him and his hopefully renewed contract.

I want Andrea gone as much as everyone else but if we are trading him just to trade him then I would advise against it.

Andrea has value, just not franchise bulding value,

And thats how we raptor fans see him cause he cost us a #1 pick,

There will plenty of takers on bargs, just not many good offers( 1 maybe 2 teams would make a basketball deal, cleveland, and dallas, ( just guessing there, both need offense from their bigs)

10 million is going to be hard to move @ the deadline, but you do have every team listening and thinking about trades,

Andrea should net back a lottery pick no problem, how high that pick will be, i am guessing, is dependant on how much money and term they will take with it,

does Bargnani really seem like a Jordan guy? i can't imagine a more unlikely trade scenario than this. genuinely.

Draft Anthony Bennett the Canadian SF/PF, he has very nice potential.
