Blazers 51-50 at the half. Aside from last 120 second of second quarter we dominated. Babbitt got Leonard in some trouble and all sudden Wiz came storming back. At this point I want Babbitt to get hit by a buss or get the plague, just as long as he never suits up for us again.

Batum 4 points 5 assists 4 rebounds and 3 steels while playing good D and creating several turn overs is only being held back by his wrist which seems to have eliminated his shot.


Leonard completely removed the paint for the Wiz and helped us go from down to up 8 with his own 6 points 3 rebounds 3/3 shooting and good D. That is until Babbitt F'd us.


I really like this new sub strategy, no one is playing extended runs unless they are really firing. Not having less then at least 2 starters on court at a time making sure bench can't completely bone us. Also keeps leg's fresh. Though I am concerned it is preventing Lillard from getting into his groove, time will tell.

Babbitt needs to stay off the court and we will win.

Leonard a hook, long range just inside 3, and a layup. 3 from 3 and showing he has offensive skills. People look at him and make really bad assumptions because goofy looking white guy. He was most athletic big in the draft, not most athletic white big, the most athletic big and he has offensive moves. People keep going Bayless on him though and just assume because white bigs are stiff dunkers that he must be as well.

Lillard 1/7 not looking nice however rest his game looks good. 5 assists 2 rebounds 0 turn overs and 1 foul while playing above average D in 18 minutes in that first half was nice.

Price outside of 1 ugly turn over has looked really good. He has not attempted a shot but he has 3 assists and done good job causing turn overs with Batum and not letting Wiz G's get settled.
