Joe Kruger looks like an interesting project. 20 year old junior DE, who has similar size and measurables to Margus Hunt, but is much younger. Younger brother of Paul Kruger who has been blowing up with the Ravens.

Maybe we could get Kruger in the 4TH and Paul in FA.
Nothing to see here, move along.

I think Kruger (Paul) fits in Bradley's scheme and would work as the "Leo."

we have a good amount of guys capable playing the Leo.

i mean we have Babin, Chick, Branch, Selvie all can play the Leo. i think the bigger issue is finding that Big End. i think we have lane, mincey, and Alualu to play that with Mosley and Knighton playing DT.

I think you saw in the Patriot/Raven game how useful those tall ends are. Even if they don't get the sack, they can get their hand up to block the pass or disrupt the quarterback's aim. Margus Hunt set an NCAA record for blocked kicks in his career, so I think he would be very effective that way. He is 6-7 with a 39 inch vertical or something like that. Kruger is very similar, physically to Hunt. Perhaps not quite as dynamic an athlete, but younger and more experienced as a football player. J.J. Watt is the shining example in the league at the moment. It was the argument I was using for drafting Quinton Coples last year over Ingram.

Coples has a bad motor. i would take the guy who has a better motor than the guy who has more size. size isnt everything. i want the guy who will get to the qb or go hard all the time then a guy who doesnt

Uuuuhh....I think Coples put that rap to rest this year. He certainly outperfomed Ingram, and he has a lot more upside for the future.

Margus Hunt weighs in at the Senior Bowl at 6-8 1/4, 277 pounds. He is going to blow up the Combine as well.

Glennon's height works against him. Don't think scouts are comfortable with quarterbacks over 6-5. Especially when they weigh 220, and aren't very athletic.
