    I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone else point this out, but this is the first time in like 10 years that the AFC Champion hasn't been the Pats, Colts, or Steelers. The last AFC champion that wasn't one of those three was the Raiders. Also, the Ravens were the last AFC Champion other than those three and the Raiders. So going on 13 years, only five teams have won the AFC.
