i like a good bullpen and i believe we could have the best in baseball, deep and potent, with an elite closer. we will prolly have to lean on them more this year with vargas gone. capps is a potential closer, and so is pryor... i thought for sure at least 1 of these guys would be gone this winter but im glad not, they have much better trade value in season if need be. pryor can be as good with some command. barry bonds said oliver perez had the best stuff he ever faced and he is only 31. WHOA!

i knew he didnt have much value, there are obvious reasons, but if paulino gets a bigger deal , i mean the dude is 27 and won ALCS MVP and has a 100+RBI season under his belt....we prolly dont even know the full story (ies)...LOL...CRAZY

when you have 46 dbls and 21HRS you dont need guys in scoring position all the time smart girl. he got enough MVP votes to place 10th that yr.

in 2010 i picked D Young off the waiver wire and he helped lead me to a ship, dont get me wrong im not trying to defend him, but hes got talent and its showed up in MLB, and hes 27, he won ALCS MVP last year... and raul is making 3x as much! i think its an indictment on his refusal to gain discipline in any area of life LOL
