    Goals for the new year

    I personally don't really put too much stock into goals, but I do follow them. I ask this question because I know roughly everyone here is committed and are not new years noobs.

    I'll start with mine:

    Bench 405, 365 by graduation (june) - currently at 350
    Deadlift 500 (best was 475)
    Squat 425 (best was 365)
    Press - 225 for reps

    Gain 10-20 lbs

    Squat 600
    Deadlift 700

    Cut down to 220. High goals but whatevs

    Im gunna change those goals lol

    Id like to hit
    Bench 405
    Squat 600
    Deadlift 650

    All in competition at 220, but satisified at 230

    Squat: 385 current ~335 I'd estimate
    DL: 425-455 current ~385 - I think I should be able to progress easy past 425 but this is my worst lift so who knows
    Bench: 275 current ~240ish

    Do my first PL meet and hit 1k in it (towards the end of the year)

    I'd definitely like to bench 405!

    Get back into Barbell squats and deadlifts.

    Squat: 475(385 current)
    DL: 485(365 current)
    BB Shrugs: 585(455 current)

    Up my weight from 195 to 210 by year end

    and...abs haha

    Done with powerlifting for a couple months so my goal is just
    10% bodyfat by June.

    Not that I won't get stronger along the way
    300 bench press by june (@ 280)
    330 squat (@315)
    430 deadlift (@405)
    155 military (@145)

    Bench - 365 .. current max 315 but i havent maxed in a while
    Get back into deadlifting and hit 500 on it .. 455 max
    Maybe try and start squatting again, hopefully with no pain in the hips
    Limitations are for people that have them, and excuses are for people that need them.

    Get into drop sets and supersets in order to achieve this goal! 30 second breaks in between sets.
