ok, who is he?
1985 Bears
2005 White Sox
2010 Blackhawks
1991 Bulls
1981 Sting
Coolio, he is consistently above average.
Watching the Chicago White Sox makes you want to beat women
Not a bad signing at all.
Not a long term option at 32 but good for a season or two.
No ideas for the moment.
I've heard the name, made no big impression. Sounds good though, depth.

He s a pretty good replacement for Myers. I like it.
White Sox & Redskins Forever
very solid move. especially if you consider that he's really the fourth righty behind Reed, Crain, and Jones. The sox definitely should have a very strong pen.
Beckham for Carpenter next?
First impression is it's a good signing. That could change once the monetary figures come out, but I don't think the Sox are paying more than $3-4 million/year for him so I like it. Reed, Thornton, Crain, Lindstrom, Jones, Veal and Axelrod is a pretty good bullpen. I put Axelrod in there because if Santiago isn't the 5th starter (and I doubt he will be unless Quintana melts down in ST), I think the White Sox will send him back to Charlotte to keep starting in case a starter gets hurt. Axelrod is a solid long relief option. Most games don't recquire someone to eat innings so he'll be used sparingly and shouldn't cause any problems.
Nice! I didnt even see Heyman's tweet on anyone else's on this. Has the contract been made public yet?
I haven't found the terms yet. I was going to try and tweet Heyman and see.
Love this signing as a replacement for Myers.
