Until last night, Kevin Durant had never scored 50 points or more in his career. Last night, though he needed overtime to do it, he dropped a career high 52 points as he helped the Thunder beat the surging Mavs who lost their first game since signing MVP candidate Mike James. Vince Carter came off the bench to drop 29 points. The Spurs made short work of the Warriors. Tim Duncan lead his team with a double-double. The Raptors fell to the 76ers. The Orlando Magic fell to the Charlotte Bobcats. The Kings managed to hold Memphis to 85 points, but failed to capitalize on their defensive efforts by shooting a woeful .341 from the field and socring only 69 points. Houston fell to the Pacers who were lead by Paul George’s 31-points performance and a 20/10 game from former All-Star David West. Washington surprised Denver as John Wall came off the bench to put up a double-double. Atlanta welcomed Josh Smith back into the line-up and went back in to losing mode as they dropped a game to Nets. Teague contributed a 20/10 game in the losing effort, while Reggie Evans lead all players in rebounds with 20 boards, though he only scored a dismal 2 points. And finally Carlos Boozer nearly posted a 20/20 game as the Bulls won in overtime against the Celtics. Rondo scored a game high 30 points and Sullinger came off the bench to grab 15 rebounds.
