I don't get what you're trying to say. The discussion was about Bradley and a run based offense. Gabbert can run. He doesn't want to because it's not the way to long term success as a quarterback. Very much a conscious decision on Blaine's part. He is right.
Just from looking at Fisch's time at Miami where he was the OC, his team passed the ball twice as often as they ran it. Much higher percentage of passes than the Jaguars have employed in recent times. It wasn't like he had superstar passers of the ball, either. Jacory Harris and Stephen Morris. Probably neither will get an NFL start.
