Dallas more or less won a championship with players that no one else wanted and were viewed as "washed-up" at the time. Chandler was viewed as injury-prone and Kidd, Marion, all those other guys were viewed as past their prime and/or "washed-up". No one believed that team could win.

at people saying the lockout year is a reason why lebron's championship doesn't count as much.

Is anyone discrediting the 1998-1999 Spurs during that lockout year? Anyone discrediting David Robinson's first championship? Nope. The lockout is such a stupid reason (and really a 0% factor). Anyone that uses the lockout as a way to discredit Lebron's title is just one of those angry, bitter Lebron haters that are still in denial.
