    Gruden Speaks to The Raiders Highly Recommended New OC

    "....Olson worked under John Gruden in Tampa Bay for his last season. Gruden has spoken with the Raiders a lot lately which leads one to believe there may have been a glowing recommendation for Olson in those conversations at some point which led to the initial interest and eventual hiring.

    Very intresting . Glad to see gruden working with the raiders. Makes me think he wants to be part of the family again in someway. I'm sure gruden played a big Part in getting him the job. Take it for what it's worth but I'm just happy we are getting a guy who seems to be a good coach.

    I love the Fact Gruden is talking and working with the Raiders in anyway. I have Alot of respect for him and I do hope someday he comes back to the Raiders someday!

    Aw man, I thought there was something here from Gruden actually praising the man. This is speculation/assumption/etc. Call me when we have actual quotes from Gru re: Olson.
