I'd put Harrison Barnes's dunk on Pek above this, the Gerald Henderson dunk, or the Jeff Green dunk. And yeah I know this is coming from a Warriors fan but the Harrison dunk is considered #1 dunk of the year by pretty much everybody.
Every time I read a thread about a poster dunk, I usually build myself up for disappointment as they are usually just homer threads thinking it's better than it really is.
Credit to the OP for being accurate. This was nasty and should have been an 'And 1'
The Barnes dunk was just filthy. OMG

That was poor defense by Lopez on that play, Brook wasn't hauling @$$ to get in front of him and slowed up when Smith slowed up for a second, which allowed Smith to just bolt ahead of him. But in Lopez's defense, it wasn't like that was his man... the guy guarding Josh was behind the play and Lopez just ran up because he saw Smith was taking it coast-to-coast. The sad thing on BK's part was that there were three guys ahead of Smith who just let him drive rights past them and none of them made and effort to pick up Smith even though they were in a better position to do so than was Lopez. Lopez is the only guy on his roster who made an attempt to break up the play.
