    why no love for bagwell?

    ive seen a lot of love for chipper jones over the past couple years. he got farewells at every opposing stadium.

    whats peoples beef with bagwell? kurkjian came out and said he was one of the 5 best first basemens of all time. his stat line is almost identical to frank thomas as well (both were born on the same day, same year, both ROY and MVP in same year...eerie)

    bagwell finished his career early because of artheritis issues in his shoulder, but collected 449 HR, 1500+ RBI, 1400+ BB, .297 AVG/.408 OBP/ 540SLG....2300+ HITS. He could steal (known as one of the best baserunners on the generation), and he could field with the best of em. also his numbers would be a lot better if he didnt play in the humongous ASTRODOME.

    his steroid connection is invisible...only heresay and rumor. why no love for baggy?
