Thumbs down Gasol not comfortable with bench role

Pau Gasol returned after a five-game absence on Thursday night in the Lakers 99-90 loss to the Miami Heat.
Gasol came off the bench in his first appearance since suffering a concussion on Jan. 6 against the Denver Nuggets.
“I’ve been a starter my entire career. I think this is my first games as a Laker, coming from the bench,” said Gasol. “It’s not something that I would enjoy I think.”
Would he be open to coming off the bench moving forward?
    “Probably not,” answered Gasol.

And this guy pretends to be a team player?!

Talk about sending mixed messages. Yesterday he said he was fine with coming off the bench because the team was playing well without him, and he wanted to ease his way back in. So it was no problem coming off the bench yesterday. He actually does ok for limited minutes, and now all of a sudden he is upset? Jeez. The ONLY reason he won't be coming off the bench, is because you CANNOT pay someone 20 million a year on your roster to be a sixth man. Time to move on. 42 games into the season and we have not been able to figure out how him and D12 can play together? Either the coaching staff are idiots, or these two cannot co-exist. In that case, D12 Stays, Pau goes. Simple right?

Agree, pau must go, he's definitely useless and overpaid and we need depth.

Wow, I expected him to be a professional and a team player, but he's gonna whine about it? What a doosh. Send this guy packing.

Yeah this is crazy, he played his best game since longtime and he's complaining about it?

It's unacceptable, there are some better players than him in the league who accept to come off the bench for the best of the team, ship his ***** out!

And you think the team and the fans aren't fed up with this selfish sissy?
