No offense to the suns, but there really isn't anybody that I would love to have from their team. Unless a 3-way trade happens. Remember there being a report that said the Grizzlies were interested in making a trade for Rudy Gay to the suns?

Magic also want to be part of a Rudy Gay deal without getting him.

The February 21st NBA trade deadline looms, and teams around the league are making calls to see if players they covet might be available for the right price. In his rundown of trade-deadline talk, Steve Kyler of HOOPSWORLD reports, citing "league sources," that the Orlando Magic are hearing interest in veteran guards Arron Afflalo, Jameer Nelson, and J.J. Redick.

Those three players, coupled with veteran big man Glen Davis, have been the team's steadiest presences in the team's first season rebuilding without Dwight Howard. Afflalo leads Orlando in scoring at 17.4 points per game, while Nelson is adding 15 points and a career-best seven assists. Redick, the most coveted player of the three due to his affordable, expiring contract as well as his efficient play, is posting career-bests with 14.6 points and 4.5 assists.

Kyler says the Magic would like to re-sign Redick, and that Redick would be open to returning, but notes that the Duke product will sign elsewhere as an unrestricted free agent "if Orlando doesn’t come with serious money and years."

Orlando has engaged the Memphis Grizzlies regarding small forward Rudy Gay, as Bill Ingram, Kyler's HOOPSWORLD colleague, reported Monday. However, the Magic aren't interested in keeping Gay, but rather as serving as a facilitator to help Memphis move him to a third team.

Kyler also says Orlando is motivated to move the contracts of Davis or Hedo Türkoğlu, if possible, in any trade. According to ShamSports, Davis has two years worth a total of $13 million remaining; Türkoğlu, who is out indefinitely to strengthen his recently operated-on left hand, is owed $12 million in 2013/14, but only $6 million of that figure is fully guaranteed.

I don't know how your cap space situation is but any team that takes on Beas would do so to get some cap relief. How do you ask? Beasleys contract qualifies for the stretch provision which would allow any team that has him under contract to waive him and stretch the remaining 9 million guaranteed over the course of the next 5 seasons(1.8 mill/year). Now in terms of locker room he is a great guy to have around. The problem is not in the locker room it is on the court.

Actually Beasley got in trouble in Miami with weed. Then when traded to the Wolves. He had a picture of him in his living room on twitter and he had a bag of weed on the table. Think few hours later that tweet was deleted. I suppose a friend or agent told him to check his twitter count. I didn't mind him back in the day. I always had him in most Bogut trade ideas to the Wolves.

Thing is were at max 15 for players on roster. Ellis makes $11M. We probably be taking 2-3 players minimum if not more or a third team involved. Then Bucks taking more then 1 player back means we have to waive players to stay at 15. Our cheapest players are Pryzbilla,Daniels,Lamb. I wouldn't part with Lamb.

Not for lack of talent, but as most Suns fans will vouch for, I'd prefer to just continue to rebuild. If Suns brass wants to pursue him this offseason, then fine, but not when we're fighting for a high lottery pick.

Also, while Milwaukee isn't contending for a ring, they are too far in to tank. Don't get why they'd trade him unless they really believe he isn't resigning.
