    I really don't see how this is a great hire maybe he surprises me but he doesn't have Andrew Luck or Roethlesburger and his Offensive Line is a total mess plus he is pass happy.

    Skelton, Kolb, Lindley, new QB they bring in better duck for cover. Considering the state of AZ's Oline and Arians style of offense, the QB is going to be killed.
