    Great news for the rest of the NFC West. This guys not a good coordinator at all. Now he had a good year with the Colts as a head coach, idk how exactly that happened but if anything it shows Luck is the real deal if he could hide Arians flaws. Horton is 100x the coach this guy is.

    I don't get what's attractive about Arians. I don't think he's a good OC and I'm not convinced he's anything as a HC either. So odd.

    But...but...he won with extraordinary luck, an emotional wave, and an extraordinarily bad schedule by NFL standards, so he must be a great HC.
