From the interview, he doesn't sound like he still wants to play for the Raps.
His only reasons were:
The Logo - it's been changed
Vince Carter - He's gone
Being a New team - Not new anymore... OKC is the newer team lol
If he comes here, I'd be really happy, but I doubt that day will come.
