I give Familia a vote here, while his command is still a huge issue, he is closer to the majors and has a plus plus fastball.
Cecchini gets my vote here. Ceiling is an above average SS and I think he has the make-up to achieve that.

I'm going to go with Familia because, like Sick said, he has tremendous upside, just big control issues. If he can get it under control, he can definitly be an effective major league pitcher.
Familia is a pen arm. He's had 567 innings in the minors, so there is no chance of him becoming a starter. He lacks the command and a 3rd pitch to be one. I like him a lot as a pen arm, but I don't feel comfortable putting a pen arm in the Top 10.
My vote is Montero.

Montero again, for reasons stated in previous thread.
Legit shot at being a mid rotation starting pitcher with a chance to hit majors in 2014. Excellent command and success at multiple levels.
Valuable piece to the organization.
Montero, with great command comes great success.
I guess I'm happy I voted for Montero for #8 and it was a hard decision (we have a fair amount of good prospect left to choose from). 2015 should be a heck of a year for potential prospects at Triple A. Now if the talent translates to the Mets, look out. But still light on outfielders.
" You seek Yoda!
Familia for me
I voted Cecchini. Above average short stops are hard to come by and thats what he can be.
Presenting the 2013 New York Mets Outfield.
If your going to include Harvey, why not Valdespin, Nieuwenhuis, Tejada, etc.
