    Eagles Defensive Coordinator Search

With the Eagles now jumping on the Chip Ship, one would have to assume the most immediate need is to fill the gaping hole we have at the Defensive Coordinator position. We are late in the game compared to other teams who had previous coaching vacancies.

Any names out there that Philly Nation would like to see fill the void? I hope with Chip's lack of NFL experience, we pull someone with NFL ties but lets see your ideas...

    Give me some Lovie.
To some, he was just a boy. A boy who played football, a football player that grew to be a man. A man that took over a city, a city that he made his own, a city that stands behind him in hopes of becoming one of that cities all-time greats. To some, 2013 was a fluke. To some, he can't do it again. To some, he got lucky.

To us though, to the Philly faithful, that QB is Nick Foles. To us, that's our QB.

It's been reported that Lovie says he is sitting out the 2013 season and collecting his Five million dollar check at home...

Looks like they might be going to a 3-4, so that will make a lot of people happy. This is a rumor, not fact to be clear.

I read that, just hard to believe they commit to that scheme before a Def Coordinator is even hired...

Amazing to me that one of the most educated pro football cities cannot produce a list of candidates. Truth be told I'm clueless as to who is available and qualified for the position...

Whipple will be on the staff, possibly QB coach. Wouldn't be shocked if he was OC.

@FOX5Sports: FOX 5 Sports has learned that UGA D-Coordinator Todd Grantham is a "serious candidate" for the Philadelphia Eagles DC job.
