(As of now, the 49ers have just over $120.594M in committed salaries for the 2013 season. If the cap is $121M,, credit of $1.643M, and carryover are added, they would have a little over $3.273M in cap room)

If I'm the GM of the 49ers I am going to really question the intelligence of our FO. I mean, Baalke seemed to be doing so well.

But I'd want to lock up Goldson, draft a young DL, youngCB and take some chances in the later rounds on a couple guys like Honey Badger. That's the luxury of being good, you can do that. Going to have to trim some fat, I understand that, but I'll leave that to my predecessor Baalke

cut akers, restructure manningham's contract and offer him an extra year of non-guaranteed money, trade smith and or try to package him to a team that would allowed us to move up the draft and since we dont a lot of availabe roster spots i want to see us move up the draft and get an impact player like how Julio Jones was to Atlanta(however, on the defensive side. preferably a DE, DT, NT, CB)

maybe explore the idea of bringing in wallace . Kaep has a good arm that can complement his speed. he kinda sucked this year

I like the draft idea. Trying to package Alex with draft picks and move way up. Perhaps the Bills? But who do we take? That's almost no man's land for us, at least right now. I'm sure after the combine players will shoot up an down of course
