He's an absolute beast and looks like he could be similar to Joey Votto. Now acquiring him is an absolute pipedream. They do have a first baseman that looks to be better than Rizzo, Dan Vogelbach he flat out rakes and with no dh they have 2 1b's in 2014 when Vogelbach is ready. The Sox would probably have to give up pitching prospects to make it happen but fun to think about him in our lineup for 10 plus years but unlikely Theo trades this kid away.

We have him. Theo traded him away as part of the A-Gon deal, then when he went to the Cubs he traded for him. There is no way in hell we would be able to get him unless we said heres our top five prospects, enjoy!

Yeah ik that we had rizzo already. But have u heard of vogelbach kids gonna be a beast. Give up a catching prospect (Swihart, Lavarnway) and a bunch of pitching prospects. And if u read it correctly i did say pipedream i know it would never happen.

Love Vogelbach, but I think the Cubs would be best off waiting until he's in AA to trade him because by then he could have more value. He may end up a DH but the guy is a complete hitter.
