Please keep thinkin this.. And while you at it ..
Can you give boozer a shoutout for playing like a allstar again lately..
We would love a three way trade to take the worse player ever from you guys as long as you help us move ours..
Agreed ....the that the Lakers are better off without Gasol.
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS 18-1Signature of a Champion!
ELI MANNING.... 2X SB MVP....2X SB CHAMPION!
The Lakers probably should trade him for younger talent the best bet would be the Hornets. If they could get any 2 of Vasquez, Rivers, Anderson or Henry. The Lakers need to build a bench and they can plug anyone in at the 4 and succeed
any other team than the lakers and id completely agree. The lakers can somehow pull off any trade for any player they want. this team found a way to land dwight howard and steve nash in the same off season. this team found a way to trade kwame brown and garbage for pau gasol (some of that garbage by pure luck turned into marc gasol)
somehow the lakers can get quality players without giving up a whole lot.
A role model if I ever knew one
but honestly who wants pau gasol the 32 year old with $38 mil left on his contract....
the lakers are not going to trade pau this season they will trade him in the off season or before the deadline next year as a mega expiring contract
lakers fans are just being cry babies
because the got showtime 2.0 and they aint even gonna make the playoffs
smh

Omg! Omg! Omg! Best team ever!! Don't you think guys!! Woooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!
fOR REAL THOUGH LET A ***** TYPE IN CAPS.
Lets see how we do against yhe heat. Then i will speak on trading pau
Wooooow OP.... what a fantastic observation given that HUGE sample size of 2 games you've provided.
/sarcasm
Pau doesn't exactly fit the D'Antoni system, sure, but where will he go? He's starting to show signs of fragility, he's past his prime, and he's got a bloated contract. Thing is, if you're stuck with a guy who's had a decent career so far, you work with him to retool their game to keep them relevant. If it doesn't work out by the end of the season, then you can try to market him off elsewhere.
I agree Pau needs to be traded tho.. Lakers do look slightly better without him, championship worthy? no, not really.. But they do look better.. He will be traded in the next few weeks or in the off season.
Your baby can't do this
Los Angeles gets: Amare Stoudemire ($19.9 million, 3 years), Joakim Noah ($11.3 million, 4 years), Richard Hamilton ($5 million, 2 years) and Taj Gibson ($2.2 million, 5 years)
Chicago gets: Dwight Howard ($19.5 million, 1 year) and Jodie Meeks ($1.5 million, 2 years)
New York gets: Pau Gasol ($19 million, 2 years) and Kirk Hinrich ($3.9 million, 2 years).
Obviously Los Angeles takes on Stoudemire's contract with no guarantee he'll come back and be dominant, but it's still losing one of its $19 million contracts, and we all know how nice a fit Stoudemire is with Steve Nash and Mike D'Antoni. Noah is a nice replacement for Howard, and Taj Gibson can easily be the starting power forward for the Lakers or the sixth man. More importantly, the Lakers add a solid, youthful front court for the future rebuild.
Chicago shouldn't have to worry about Howard sticking around, especially with Derrick Rose back late this season or early next season. It has to depend on Boozer, which is a significant risk - but then again, Chicago was already gullible enough to sign him. Meeks simply gives Chicago depth after it gives up two shooting guards.
New York gets a talented power forward in Gasol, who's not much older than Stoudemire. In the process, New York isn't losing any scoring, rebounding or defense, while picking up a power forward who's currently healthier than the one they have.
