To be fair, the Pacers are a two to three years ahead of every team mentioned so far(except OKC). They have all their starters in place once Granger comes back. Stephenson, who's been amazing this year, will fortify the bench and DJ Augustin is rounding into shape finally. They're one more solid bench player away from contending if they retain everyone.

in 2014 bulls will have rose, noah, taj, jimmy butler, and marquis teague under contract. boozer will most likely be amnestied or traded. they will also have what looks like a cant miss prospect in nikola mirotic and what should be a great pick from the bobcats. they also have a ton of cap space. the bulls are in great shape.

CP3 27, Blake 23, DJ 24, Bled 23. Just cause we're already good doesn't count us out of having the best future. OKC probably has the best future.

Title contenders are excluded. Deal with it.

Its not even close..... Its the Thunder then the Cavs then the Bulls

Thunder have durant and westbrook both under 25 a top prospect in Lamb and a lottery pick from Toronto. oh and i forgot a 24 year old Ibaka

Cavs the most cap space of any team over 25million next year. and a strong core of irving waiters thompson zeller and trade bait of varajao... oh and they have 2 extra firsts 1 from the kings and the other form the heat.

Bulls have Mirotic and a bobcats pick. Best TEAM in nba. They dont have top 5 talent but this team fits together better than any team in the league.
