My top three would be the Cavs, Kings, and Pacers.
The Houston Rockets have not only gotten into this conversation this but they are without question front runners. They have the youngest team in the league with lots of potential for growth, financial flexibility, an improving coach and a legit #1 offensive option. I think homerism aside most poeple would agree that their future is the brightest.

The Jazz.

Sanders,Henson,Harris,Lamb,Jennings......
The raptors got a brighter future than Philly does. Every thing else I could probably agree with

Bulls are a good kinda young team, they also have potential future with the Charlote pick and Mirotic. dont know where they rank though.

Lillard(22),Batum(24),Hickson(24),Aldridge(27),Mat thews(26),Leonard(20),Barton(22)
my blazers are still pretty young Aldridge just entered his prime matthews is getting there Lillard is just amazing at 22(vote Lillard for the all star team) batum is getting better hickson is still young leonard and Barton are good rookies just not enough experiance
If Andre Drummond can reach his potential I like the Pistons future. Him and Monroe could be a dominate front court.
And for what its worth, just a few weeks ago Chad Ford said his potential was a top 10 player.
Kings with the right coach.

Lakers. They'll always contend.
despite popular belief, the raptors.
Things will always work out in the end, but if you want them to turn out a certain way... You need to make it happen.
