Sun- rest or swim(light)
12 sets total per body part broken down into 4 exercises, 3 sets per exercise, and since im currently in my 6 month muscle mass cycle, 8-12 reps per set.
I also run every day except for sunday. usually 3-4 miles/day.
trying to get my body fat to 11.5% and weight to 175.
currently im at 180 with 18% bf
