Hell, he got more wins with Tebow last year than the Raiders did with Palmer this year and equaled Palmer's wins last year.

Don't give me the new HC crap either. We had a new HC last year.
Slap fests from Denver belong there....cool???

And he didn't just adjust the scheme. He completely threw the old one away and adopted an entire new read option offense and play book, and had the team running it with perfection in a very short time. You can simplify it all you want, but yes, what he did was unprecedented.

True, but during weeks 5-14, it dominated all rushing statistics. Keep in mind that the Broncos averaged less than 15 pass attempts/game with Tebow and pulled out 7 wins out of 11 games. McCoy didn't have Russell Wilson or Kaepernick. He had Tebow.

I fully agree. Actually, I made that point several times to people who used the Broncos playoff appearance last year as reasoning for demeaning the teams success this year.

Never have, never will. You have not seen me say once that the Broncos were a good team last year. That does not diminish what McCoy did though.
The spead/read option just requires him to play unorthodox and that throws off defenses.

    Temporarily!

Tebows ability to break tackles and get outside is why it looks so good. Denver is strong in the middle of their O line and that made the outside threat of Tebow so effective. Think back to the Jet game where Tebow got outside and scored the winning TD when the guy assigned the edge containment bit and was out of position to catch Tebow.

That isn't that creative and it doesn't work without Tebow.

However, like I said, by week 16 and 17 it no longer worked.

I could have called that type of stuff.

    Why?

Their O line is still in shambles.

    Wiz an upgrade over Norv?

    I don't think so.

The Chargers struggled because they can't run the ball or protect the passer.

    No! You couldn't have...
and Denver's interior o line was (and is) it's weakness.

You clearly have a preconceived idea about game planning against NFL defenses. Specifically when it comes to utilizing unorthodox (out of the norm) player abilities. So not worth the debate, so I will simply say adieu.

Why would a conservative libertarian like me use a handle like Stalin?
