Just got home from the game....

Man, i feel that now i could die.... Although there's one dream to fulfill: A game at meca.

Some of you guys just don't know how lucky you are to be so close to the greatest team in any sports history...

PS: I saw Sheed shooting at the basket in the pre-game. Was that just to show that is not done yet?

I like the way you think.

What a ****ing pick this kid was.

His tenacity is contagious, dude makes me want to drive straight to the gym just to play some hounding defense.

I'd like to thank Based Grunwald for not trading Shumpert for a 2 year rental in Nash

@ D-Lethal posts--You know I always look at our defense like a football teams defense- made up of 3 lines- the d-line, linebackers and the secondary guys.

To me SHumpert is the 1st line of defense in the perimeter and it's his job to keep his man in front of him and not allow for opposing teams to penetrate so easily into the lane. That's when Tyson gets in trouble and picks up a lot of stupid/silly fouls.

TBH Shumpert's defensive presence is just as important in my eyes as Tyson (Raymond to me is the 3rd most important defender.) Him being able to contain the person he's matched up against makes life a lot easier for our interior defenders. Major plus having him back in the shuffle.

It was really nice too see shump back from injury and going hard on the floor. I hope that he can start hitting his 15-20 foot jumper because I feel that would make him an all-star. On another note I love what I saw from stat in the game as well. Its nice too see him go to the hole and his jumper will come back, I just hope he sticks with his post game.

JerZ's theory is that Shump was THE missing piece and with his return we will be dominant again defensively. I may have underestimated his imprint on our defense last season.

btw anyone watching this Cuse Louisville game??
