    Chargers Land Their Man

Chargers hired Mike McCoy as their head coach.

San Diego goes from one offensive-minded head coach in Norv Turner to another. During the last four seasons, McCoy has drawn praise for morphing his offense to fit the varying skill sets of Kyle Orton, Tim Tebow and Peyton Manning -- and still having great success. Now he'll turn his attention to Philip Rivers, who he's seen up close eight times in the last four years. McCoy, a former World Football League quarterback, was also drawing interest from the Cardinals, Jaguars and Bears.

I don't think it's a terrible hire, but hopefully he's given more than a year or two to right the ship. Might have some growing pains like Allen.
You're talking to me all wrong... It's the wrong tone. You do it again and I'll stab you in the face with a soldering iron. Hey, tell me, does your mother sew? BOOM. Get her to sew that!

Really thought Arians would get the Job. Especially since Tommy Telesco is the GM. I like Indy's odds on keeping Arians around.

Interesting hiring, was surprised he failed the Eagles interview. I wonder who he lands to run his defense since McCoy is a offensive guy. Be interesting if he can help Rivers take the next step.
