    What is the best franchise in professional sports?

    Taking into account ownership, team success, management, consistency, etc.

    ...with recent history weighted more heavily than shiz that happened decades ago.

    It's hard to argue against the Celtics, Lakers, and Yankees. However, currently, it is the New England Patriots.

    Baseball- Yankees (im a sox fan)
    Soccer- Barcelona (Im a madrid fan)
    Basketball- Lakers (Celtics fan)

    wow most of my teams rivals are on the most successful in their particular sports :sad:
