    Dodgers talking to Rafael soriano

    http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2013/0...medium=twitter

My question is, do you think he's worth a 1st round pick and at least $14mil/year that he turned down already? Would love to have him but not at that expense.

Picks are picks. We just took 4 kids from the DR. That would off set the loss of one pick. But been wrong before

If we are gonna surrender a pick and 14 million we should've signed Kuroda.

I don't want to see it. He's asking for 4 years! He would be the best closer we have but I don't think he's worth that kind of money.

Yes nobody will pay his asking price I agree. I would do 2 years max at 10 mil per. He is an excellent closer. I still don't see it happening though. I think the yankees keep him.

How about not Rafael Soriano? Instead, Chris Perez for $ 7 MM / year for only two years?

I think Soriano is better but Perez is not too bad and he is way younger. Both would be good choices but I dont think another closer is necessary for us right now. Our bullpen is loaded on paper.
