It's ok, geographically they're the same which is what this was all about. But the styles aren't MUCH different. Cajun is a bit more.....rough, homey to me.

it was really tough for me to pick cajun/creole over vietnamese, because i'm an absolute fiend for pho and bhan mi sandwiches. and red roast pork...

i used to joke with my non-jewish friends that if they dropped a bunch of coins on the floor, i could tell them the exact amount - with coin denominations - just from hearing the jingle-jangle on the floor

Italian. Mexican keeps trying to sneak in every time I go to a gathering of my girlfriends family but I feel it is a bit too repetitive to win out. Greek also has a soft spot in my heart, but possible only because I rarely get to eat it.

I voted Indian, because I'm on an Indian food kick.

But you can't go wrong with most of those

Yeah i suppose. If your idea of Mexican food is Taco Bell and Chipotle, I can see how it'd be repetitive. Once you get your first taste of Mole or eat somewhere that has a tequila menu longer than a wine list, it all changes.

The lack of greek/mediterranean/lebanese food discussion in this forum is pathetic and is an embarrassment to this forum as a whole.

    Or you try menudo.

Experience you'll never forget. Spicy tomato broth with cow intestines.
