Karl Malone or Tim Duncan? Who is the Best PF of all time?

Karl Malone's sheer power, speed, touch and tough as **** attitude vs one of the most fundamentally sound players ever to play the game.

I know Tim Duncan has the rings but I have to give this to Karl Malone. No disrespect to Tim Duncan, he's got the best footwork for any big man that I've ever seen and is one of the best players in recent time but Karl was just something else. This is probably one of the toughest calls to make too. What do you guys think?

Duncan was/is a much, much better defender and rebounder. Scoring, they are in the same tier... Duncan was better on the block with his back to the basket, Malone was a better slasher, both had very good mid-range j's for big guys.
    Suck it

Duncan, and really..how is this even debatable?

Malone is in the top 5 himself, but the defensive disparity is huuuge.

Lol why is this even a debate? Duncan and it's not really that close at all.

Not sure why this is a debate unless you are asking which PF had the better stats.

Malone pretty easily. Duncan has been a Center the past like 6 years.

How was Malone's hops and speed in his prime? Was he close to being as athletically gifted as a prime Shawn Kemp?

    How was Malone's defense?

Duncan does have a height advantage, so I wonder how they'd do against each other one one one (each at their primes...not where Malone's on the decline while Duncan was ruling the land)

Scoring is definately edge to Mailman. I'm convinced that Karl Malone is slowly going to become one of the most underrated players of all-time. The guy was a physical specimen and just pounded out 25+ppg / 82 game seasons like they were nothing.
