I am shocked by the number of people who didn't like the dark knight rises???!

Ted wasn't great by any means, however I went in with super low expectations and didn't mind it.

what were you people expecting when you went to see Ted? I thought is was funny actually. Stupid as hell, but funny.

I liked the Grey. My mom and girlfriend went with me, and thought is was depressing. But I like the story. What goes through a man's mind when he knows he is going to die? They knew they had no chance. What in life do you remember?

not a chick flick... which is ultimately what that movie turned into

a lot of movies do this (especially apatow's films lately). the first act is all jokes, making you think you're in for a funny, adult comedy. the second act turns into a dramedy, then the third act becomes a rom-com or chick flick.

    it's like movie-making for schizophrenics

I also thought Looper was overrated, but that is because I personally hated the ending.

I saw Django last night, and just watched Zero Dark Thirty this afternoon...

Neither crack my top 5, though Django is close.
