    this but sadly it is still a rule and the refs ahve to call it. they can't just not call it because its an absurdly stupid rule

    I dont know if you guys have that in the states, but in here if a judge thinks a law is against the constitution they dont use it nor apply it ( just a little legal tip from the roman latin law system)
