Fact is, NE does run a "gimmick" offense. Just as the shotgun was a gimmick. Just like the west coast was a gimmick. Nothing wrong with it. By any means neccessary.

That being said, the Ravens are coming off of an 80 minute game in Denver, against Peyton and gave up 21 points to the offense. There are two ways you can look at it. They are playing inspired football, and they are tired. I see a classic. Im pulling for Baltimore but I can see it going either way.

So which Patriot will Bernard Pollard injure in this game? I'm guessing either Ridley or Hernandez...

I don't get that tired argument either. Yeah we played in double overtime but the way I see it is we have almost a day's worth of rest advantage over the Pats

I think fatigue refers more to bumps and bruises not winded lol. We haven't been on a plane in a month. U guys have played 3 straight road games so we "should" be fresher but in the end it probably won't matter. Even teams IMO good luck.

Patriots are clearly the better team, but maybe, just maybe Ray Lewis has the best god damned game of his career.

AFC Championship Game: Baltimore Ravens vs. New England Patriots

This game is much different than the last time we met, like many have stated. McCourty was a CB that game, now he's a Safety. We didnt have Talib yet. Dennard was inactive, now he's a starting CB. Arrington was a starting (awful) CB, now he's the nickel. Gregory was hurt and did not play. And of course, there were replacement refs last time - so there was piss poor calls both ways.

Our defensive backs are completely different now and I love the way they've been playing (mainly since Talib came here). This is going to be one hell of a match up. The Ravens are my second favorite team and I absolutely love Ray Lewis, so it would be bittersweet if the Patriots lose.

But I think the Patriots go back to the Super Bowl.
