I have Adobe Audition on my laptop and I am trying to record videos while they are playing from the internet. It is recording from my external mic and I don't want to do that, but I can't figure it out. Can someone help me?

Yeah I explained that terribly, I want to get the audio from videos I find on the internet. I don't want the videos. My bad. I know about the video to MP3 sites, but some videos I can't get the url for. If you can help me that would be great.
