You stripped him of his mod duties for not breaking a rule when we have a mod in a certain basketball forum who breaks rules/baits/insults on a regular basis?

The irony of the whole situation is the TM that was the head person of the site that was involved in this is still a TM with no repercussions. I can vouch that he openly said to not spam PSD. I don't know exactly what transpired in this situation but it sounds like the demodding and such was an act of blindness rather than actual proof that something happened.
