I don't really have an issue with Gasol missing games with a concussion. We're learning now how dangerous those things really are and it's not worth risking a long term psychological problem. I'll admit he plays soft sometimes but a concussion is not to be trifled with really.

You mean he has "struggled" to be a BALLHOG because he thinks on the TEAM first always and there are other ways to "dominate"?

Yeah i know , not a concept any dude with a number 24 in his name will ever grasp.

Watching the Wolves play, it just shows how this team is so poorly constructed.

They don't have Rubio really, Love is out for weeks, Roy is done, and they're up 16-9 on the Spurs in San Antonio.

We have the worst combination you can ask for. We're old and we lack depth. Heck we just lack talent from players 6-12 on this roster. Probably the worst 6-12 in the NBA. Take out 3 of our top 6 players, and we can't win a game.

I've never seen you praise any other Lakers player than pau since I joined the forum, why are you here?

Good luck tonight guys. It's always fun getting to see Kyrie and Kobe go at it.

I think what 'Crooner is saying is that if Pau approached the game more like, say, a pathologically unrepentant ballhog -- someone who always thought about themselves first, with the firm belief that whatever was good for them was good for the team -- then you'd probably see a significant uptick in his production, or "dominance". Unfortunately, Pau doesn't have this unique perspective on the game -- like, you know, someone like, say, Stephon Marbury, or 'Melo until recently, although he's primed to backslide now that the Knicks are struggling.

It's just another of Pau's weaknesses. He tends to think about the team when he should be giving them all the finger, stopping the ball every time it comes to him, and yelling and stomping his feet instead of getting back on defense when he doesn't get the foul that he believes he's entitled to on every play.

yeah but its not like while kobe is crying stomping his feet for a call, pau is on the other end being a defensive stopper. pau's skills get equalized by less talented, BUT more physical players. all in all, pau being gone isnt making or breaking this team. thats why he needs to go, for him and this teams pathetic coaches philosophy.
