Trading Thompson would be a mistake. He has alot to improve on but his shooting ability and size for a 2 is hard to find. I highly doubt he becomes as good as Ray Allen during his prime, but there games are comparable if Klay can improve driving to the basket. Lets not forget he is only 23 years old.
Barnes should develop into a solid all-around player and his slashing ability with Curry and Thompson on the perimeter seems like a great fit. Let them develop together.

I'm taking the general managers opinions over some guys on PSD. And they seem to think Thompson will be pretty good. Listen the Curry-Thompson-Barnes trio is already good, and there all very young. Give them time to improve their games and gel, and they can only get better.
